Roofing Project

This Bel Air home was made new again using GAF Timberline Ultra HDZ Architectural shingles with copper counter flashing cut into masonry and sealed. We also replaced the old skylights with Velux fixed curb mounted skylights which included solar powered electric blinds with remote control. The attic fans were replaced with Lomanco Power roof fans and also replaced the gutters and downspouts with 6" aluminum seamless gutters. On the dormers we replaced all the siding with James Hardie siding. The results are outstanding!
